Dry vacuum
The partners remove all dust, debris, and food crumbs using a dry vacuum cleaner.
Sanitising and shampooing
To sanitise, the partners use an entomologist-approved cleaning agent. Besides cleaning and sanitising, the shampoo-based sanitiser helps in regaining the texture of the fabric. The cleaning agent is blended with a deodorizing agent to leave a soothing smell after sanitising the sofa.
Soft scrubbing
To clean the sofa of its dirt and stains the partners softly scrub the surface with a pair of specially designed gloves or scrubbers.
Wet vacuum
After the sanitisation, the partners use a wet vacuum cleaner to soak up the foam and dirty water. It leaves minimal moisture on the sofa fabric that needs 4-5 hours to get completely dry.
Service Excludes
Complete cleaning of stains imbibed into the fabric
To maintain the texture of the fabric or leather, we do not do hard scrubbing. This may leave a certain amount of stain that gets imbibed into the weave of the fabric such as ink or coffee or oil stains.
Moving and drying
After the cleaning, your sofa needs to be left for drying under a fan for 4 to 5 hours. Moving the sofa under a fan and waiting till the sofa dries is excluded from the service.
Cleaning under the sofa
Cleaning of dust and debris from under a sofa is excluded from the service.
Cleaning sofa cushions
Cleaning of sofa cushions and cushion covers is excluded from the service.
Polishing of the structure
Your sofa structure can be of wood or metal, polishing of structure material is excluded from the service.

Do I need to book the service on any specific days of the week?
No. You can book the service for any day of the week. Be it weekdays or weekends, whenever our partner has a free slot available you can book that slot.
Are the cleaning agents safe for children and pets?
Yes. Keeping your safety as our priority, we use entomologist-approved cleaning agents. In parallel, we use mild deodorisers that soothe the olfactory nerves. Both the cleaning agents and deodorisers are safe for children and pets when dry. However, we recommend, not allowing your pets to lick the sofa when the cleaning agent and deodoriser are applied or they are wet. Likewise, we recommend keeping your children away from the sofa when the cleaning agents and deodorisers are wet.
Are the cream and polish safe for children and pets?
Yes. Both the cream and polish are safe for children and pets when dry. However, we recommend, not allowing your pets to lick the sofa when the cream and polish are applied or they are wet.
Why can’t I get the material of my sofa polished?
The structural material is crafted by specialised professionals such as blacksmiths and carpenters. They follow a unique process of polishing to give the material its finish. As our partners do not belong to that profession they are not equipped to follow the process.
